Property Assistant – Team Leader – Temporary post to 31 March 2025

We are currently seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, customer focused and who has good priority management skills to join our team as Senior Property Assistant. Self-motivated with good administrative skills, you will support our Asset Management team during a period where they are installing a new Housing Management System.
This post is varied and interesting, and you will be working with internal colleagues, external customers, and various suppliers. You will also provide the role of Team Leader to our Property Assistants whilst supporting the Managers across the department.
We are quite a small organisation however we make a big impact in the communities where our tenants live.

Salary £33,756 per annum
Location – Our office is based in Livingston however we have a flexible approach to our working arrangements in line with our hybrid working policy. For more information on our unique Hybrid Working Policy, and our 9-day fortnight trial, please email enquiries@almondha.org.uk.

We offer a 36-hour working week over Monday to Friday. (Currently with a 9-day fortnight trial in place, where every other Friday is a rest-day)
