RAAC Works Halfway There

Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concreate (RAAC)

We’re pleased to share that we are officially halfway through the RAAC remedial works.

With a total of 239 properties requiring RAAC removal (some partial removal, some full removal), we can now confirm that we are officially over halfway through the works, with 122 complete and a further 10 in progress. Thank you to everyone who has been through the process so far and provided us with feedback. We are taking this on board as we move forward with the project.
