We have recently submitted a planning application for change of use of a property at Plover Brae.
This is currently registered as a Care Home and we have applied to change this to an HMO. Almond Housing Association and The Richmond Fellowship Scotland have provided a joint statement below:
“The change of registration status will have little practical impact on the nature of the accommodation and / or service delivered. The main difference for people currently living at Plover Brae is that they will have new rights reflecting their status as tenants of a rental property, rather than as residents of a Care Home.”
