Recently Completed Developments
In the last twelve months we have completed a development in the Deans area of Livingston, providing 12 new flats for Almond tenants.
In the past 10 years we have invested around £60 million in West Lothian via housing projects which have provided new and much needed affordable homes for more than 1800 people.
Forth Court in Craigshill
In August 2017 we were delighted to take possession of Forth Court (pictured above), a new development of one bedroom flats built by CCG (Scotland) Ltd in the heart of Craigshill.
Off-site manufacturing specialists CCG have been the main contractor for the project, which was delivered on time and on budget in just eight months. The flats were built in the company’s factory in Cambuslang using specially designed closed panel solutions which were pre-fabricated and then constructed in-situ.
George Webster, Chief Executive at Almond, said “These nine new flats provide more much needed affordable homes to the area and have already proved to be very popular with our prospective tenants. This was a difficult, constricted site to develop and CCG have done a tremendous job in providing these quality homes and keeping disruption to adjacent neighbours to an absolute minimum.”

Our development programme continues to deliver high quality new-build properties for affordable rent and in areas where people want to live.
In December 2016 we completed a 12 flat development in the Deans are of Livingston (pictured above). Whilst modern in design with an attractive render finish, and rising to three storeys in part, it harmonises with the surrounding inter-war properties and is finished to a high standard internally.
