Emergency Repairs

Almond operates a comprehensive repairs service designed to ensure that homes and tenants are kept safe and secure. Some repairs, by their nature, need to be responded to as an emergency and the Association will do all it can to ensure it is able to deal appropriately with emergency repairs.

Emergency repairs should be reported to the Almond office during opening times. Outside the office opening times and public holidays, emergency repairs are to be reported to the Association's out of hours repairs handling service.

Please give as much information as you can to assist the out of hours service to action your reported emergency repair request.

Please remember the emergency service is only for EMERGENCIES. Reporting routine repairs to the out of hours service could delay real emergency repairs requests being dealt with. You could be recharged if the emergency service attends your home to find the repair is not an emergency.
