People and Culture

The People and Culture team work with the Chief Executive to ensure our employees are supported and equipped to carry out their roles to the best of their ability. The team is led by People and Culture Manager, Jo Burns.

People and Culture:

  • Manage and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Develop strategic and operational projects which support organisational success
  • Provide continuous learning and improvement opportunities for employees
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for organisational success

Communications:

  • Implement and monitor the Association's internal and external communications
  • Ensure that we keep our customers informed in a responsive and accessible manner using various channels, including letters, newsletters, leaflets, reports, as well as our website and social media platforms
  • Handle enquiries, issue press releases and liaise with the media
