How to report a repair
Please report all repairs by telephoning us on 01506 439291 or in person at the office. Alternatively, you may complete the enquiry form. Please include any access details.
If it is an emergency and the office is closed please call the relevant out-of-hours emergency number.
Gas Servicing
It is essential for your safety that we check your gas boiler and/or installation every year. Please co-operate by allowing our contractor access to do this work.
Appointments
We offer appointments for gas servicing and many other repairs.
Chargeable Repairs
Some repairs may be charged to you if they are not the result of normal wear and tear. This also applies when you give up your tenancy. You will also be charged for using the emergency call-out service for non-emergency repairs.
Improvements
A complete programme of replacements and improvements, including external painting every five years, is planned by Almond. You will be given adequate notice of when these works will be carried out in your home.
Landscaping
Many of the landscaped areas in Craigshill and Howden are maintained by Almond. For a timetable of when your area is next planned for a visit please contact us on 01506 439291.
