The work we carry out
In addition to our day-to-day repair service, we make yearly investments in a variety of large-scale maintenance projects, such as painterwork, new roofs, external wall insulation and electrical upgrades. We also carry out regular maintenance such as the repair of gutters and the painting of windows and doors.
In 2016-17 we invested a total of £2.09m in a variety of projects. We completed 228 partial electrical upgrades and provided new roofs for 119 properties and new external doors for 214 properties. Another 389 properties and 169 garages had their exterior painted, and 122 properties benefited from new external wall insulation.

Reducing energy costs
Along with planned improvements, we aim to make our homes more energy efficient and reducing energy costs for our tenants. In 2015-16 we installed 38 new high efficiency boilers in Craigshill, and in 2016-17 we installed 97 more.
