Returning customer satisfaction surveys at the end of a contract allows us to measure the success of the contract. Positive or negative feedback is essential to agree where changes may be required.
After completion of another successful contract in the Craigshill area, our customer satisfaction survey was carried out. Ms Fowley, one of many who returned their customer satisfaction surveys, was the lucky winner of a £40 Asda voucher.
Ms Fowley said that it was an unexpected surprise, and the first time she had ever won anything.
