Winter Checks start today

Starting today and running through December our contractor Almond Enterprises will be carrying out winter checks in all properties with tenants over 65. By undertaking winter property checks we ensure that tenants’ homes are fit for winter and that vital services such as heating systems and smoke alarms are working properly.

During the next couple of months Almond Enterprises will get in touch with all tenants over 65 and advise how an appointment can be booked.
