Have a say in our Tenant Satisfaction Survey

As our tenant, your opinion is vital to us and we want to know how you feel about your home and the services that we provide as your landlord. That’s why we’re conducting a tenant satisfaction survey and inviting you to have a say!

Tenants’ views are the heart of all forms of tenant participation because no one can tell us exactly how good or bad services are for tenants better than those in receipt of the services. This autumn we are therefore conducting a full tenant satisfcation survey, giving all our current tenants the opportunity to tell us what they think about us and the services we provide.

You can let us have your views by email, post or face to face. Research Resource, an independent research company, will send out surveys forms by post and email from 20^th August to 2^nd September. They will also conduct face to face interviews with tenants between 9^th and 30^th September.

Your opinions are vital in ensuring that we are consistently providing quality services to our tenants. We want to deliver great services that will meet and exceed tenant expectations. We strive to be the best— but your involvement is essential to make this possible.
